Daily Grind: Stratolme - Baron Rivendare

What does a super casual do for wow?
I farm stratolme of course its fast easy and has a potential for a huge pay off of possibly getting the baron's mount.

What do i do? leave character parked outside strat so i can log in whenever and try not to break any gear as it is a long ride to a repair guy and DE everything including BOEs as I just do not have time to go back to a mailbox just to empty it out.  So unless I fill up all 50 bag slots with enchanting materials from dusting all my loots that's when its time ride out.

Raid: Temple of Ahn'Qiraj

So today I decided to run AQ40 for those of you who don't know its called: Temple of Ahn'Qiraj,

I have one more receipe I would like out of AQ40 and that is agility to gloves.  So I get a run going and drag in one of the elite raiding guild shamans as he's farming the tentacle.  My role is just the recruiter and lootmaster.   I take care of getting enough people of the right class, booting idiots and handing out loots.    Loot rule was 1 mount per person until all have won 1 mount before anyone can roll on the 2nd with special exception to the red bug mount that one its free roll as its super rare.

The shaman friendlist person did most of the tactics and explaining as he had the most knowledge and wanted the end boss the most..  Well .. trinket drops and he's estactic.  I whisper him .. you know i can't just Master loot it to you  it just wouldn't be right.  So be prepared to pay in gold to buy the trinket from the highest winner.  People were whispering me with tells of i'll buy it for gold. I annouce:  ROLL Vanquished Tentacle of C'Thun and   He rolls a 35 and seeing that it was many low rolls I put in my roll and win it with 85.  Shaman opened trade with me and puts in 500g in the trade box.   Ooo money i likeith!   well i'd have let him have it for free but meh who am I to say no to gold.   Oh he didn't care it was just his way of celebrating.

Overall it was a decent raid.  I run a fair run and take measures to ensure that there is little drama.  Oh keeping a written list of who got a mount was my main job and following along.   I did annouce that Enchant Agi to gloves is not up for rolls . namely if it drops I will masterloot it to myself.

WOW Armory: Activity Tracking! STALKER?

Armory outdid it self its now a model viewer AND activity feed.  Weee for all the weirdos out there who like to look at their toons while at work this is perfect.   Nice feature!   mine shows  how many times I've killed Baron Rivendare oh 81x and Kalthes from Magisters Terrace a mear 75x

Model viewer - you can zoom in, animate your wow toon.
Activity feed - tracks what you've been doing with your wow time.  At least the loots and instances.  Not so cool if you're trying to lie about your online times or worst you called out of work sick so you could WOW and then your boss sees your toon log on.   See? this is why you do not tell anyone at work what server, character name you have.  Shoot I don't mention wow at all.

What to farm what to farm

Only 15 mins a day or 1.05 hours a week  if I keep it to 15 mins a day .. man ..what a bummer maybe I can up my speed and do my AH listings and such in 5 mins on 3 servers.

Well if i really think about it 15 mins I can be taking a long assed shower or fiddling away on the internet so 15 mins of well enjoyed time is actually worth it and with 1-2 hours on the weekends.

AH alts across factions and 3 servers - I need to learn how to use this addonn which supposenly can do automatically what I do in person.  Ya know to scan AH for deals on rare recipes and list my cross faction pets.

heroic 1 run (15-20 mins)
PVP - whatever can be done in 15

More likely than not I'm going to take the AH route its more satisfying to see page after page of sold items.

This achievement is gained by acquiring a [Red Qiraji Resonating Crystal], enabling you to use the Red Qiraji Battle Tank mount, found as a somewhat rare drop in Temple of Ahn'Qiraj.

What a nice new years!  HAPPY NEW YEARS Indeed!  I also got Enchant Cloak - Subtlety and Enchant Gloves - Threat too!   

I formed a raid for AQ40 with 20 level 80 alliance pugs and 2 guildies and went into AQ40.    I master looted the instance so people would not roll on more than 1 mount.   As tempting as it was to Master Loot the item to myself but I didnot.   A level 75 warrior won the roll with 99 I looted it to him and immediately whispered can I buy that from you? Opened trade with 666 and said here's most of my gold.

hehe and surprisingly enough he sold it to me.  I believe at the time he did not know how rare this mount was so probably thought to himself what a noob this raid leader was she's willing to pay all this gold for a red mount what the heck.  I can't blame him for thinking it was an easy drop considering yellow, greens, blues were dropping like candy.  After I got it I think someone told him how rare it was so  .. he was very upset .. but hey not my fault there.  He's lucky this raid leader didn't ninja loot it most pug leaders would have.

I got it by very honorable means.    Its not my responsibility to educate players so yep!  i got lucky he didn't know any better. Erm I did ninja loot one item .. it was a bop blue enchanting recipe.  I linked one and didn't link the other but rolled and won the first one with a 95.

It took 5 hours between the two reps.  Not bad i say.  Whew this vadc
