How to kill Ahune:
Tank, Healer and 3 DPS with epic gear

Phase 1: Tank elite mob "hailstone">dps hailstone>assign dps to adds>move away from ice spikes>repeat. Phase 2: Dps the Core "Boss" Phase 3: Repeat all steps until boss dies

Personally i think this boss is way too hard for a summer fun event ... the casual wower in blues and scattered epics trying to upgrade has almost no chance for this. My group was epicced geared and we still had issues. I prefer to start the group so i have full control on group kicks, who gets in and if their gear is up to snuff. Armory is the best!

Okies so i'm noticing a pattern here. Groups with the highest and best sucess rate are composed of raiders with T5 + with T4 as minimum. It's the raider in me but I treat my time as a comodity and if you're not geared enough for this instance then you have no business being in here.

Scythe finally dropped did i win? no. I passed for mage friend however he had the bad luck to roll a 1 and a spriest also rolled a 1 who won. Luckily I am an enchant fanatic .. otherwise i'd be seriously pissed... but then again we have a dps warrior who will roll need. wtf. ok RP and all but I wont be bringing him along anymore.

ok i'm at peace with never getting the scythe .. but my friend nearly jumped off the building when he rolled a 1 and lost to a Shadow priest who also rolled a 1. Lame!

10 things Healers Hate

Groups & Healers - as much as I enjoyed raiding and instancing there are a few things that will annoy me to no end.

1.) Say Heal me! unless you're main tank dont' ask for a heal because now you're not going to get any.

2.) Dont' tell me how to heal because you think you know better trust me you do not. If you did then you'd be here healing it and not me. I will tell you to STFU and if i need to tell you how to tank or dps then i'm replacing you.

3.) Blame the healer for the wipe. Ok great .. so how is it my fault you can't hold 3-4 mobs? or how you as DPS got wtfpwn because you pulled aggro? Clearly it is almost always never the healer's fault unless tank dies from lack of healings and I have a full mana bar or I die 5 secs into the fight and now we've no healer.

4.) whine how you're not getting heals or I don't know how to heal .. ok you're just annoying now and in 2 secs i'm going to group kick you and replace. Why? my time my enjoyment and you're annoying.

5.) don't assume I didnt' see you .. why wouldn't i see you? it's just 1 of 5 bars on my screen .. try watching 40x bars in a BWL / Aq40 raid. If you didnt' get healed .. there's a reason maybe i'm conserving mana and don't feel you need it.

What's your Main?

This is a question I get asked alot, what's my main, class, level, professions. Fine. How do you tell which IS the main and which the alts.

What's a "Main" ?

Wowwiki Definition:
Refers to a player's primary player character. Sometimes this is the first character the player created and played, but often it is not. A player's main is usually the one that has seen the most play time and investment of resources and usually is the highest level out of any other Alts. In addition to their main, many players have one or more alts.

Sleepy Priest Definition:
This main would be the character that you most identify with, supplies your other toons with gold, enchants, and anything it needs.

So keep this in mind next time someone asks what's your main?

My Mount Collection

Hi hi I just wanted to show off my super cool pair of mounts.

Druid 70 got the Winterspring Frostsaber in January of 2006
Priest 70 got Fiery Warhorse's Reins in April of 2007

The wintersaber rep grind is just about the hardest and mind numbing grind I ever did. This was completed Pre-BC so it should have taken 3+ months but I completed it in 2.5 weeks. I wasunemployed at the time and was avoiding a few RL things so wintersaber rep grind it was .

Attumen's mount dropped in my guild's 2nd karazhan run I paid a very high amount of points for it. Lets say i was willing to spend all my points and not have anything left for gear if need be. My logic was while I do raid the drop % is very low and who knows if there will be people with more points than me in the next raid. Also mounts are something that won't be made obsolete with new patches.

Zomg I am still missing a few mounts: Deathcharger's Reings, ZG Swift Zulian Raptor
ZG Swift Zulian Tiger, Reins of the Raven Lord, Ashes of Alar "Phoenix Mount". The rep mounts i dont care about but these zomg /drool.

Okies okies i'm being greedy so i'm happy with my 2 cool mounts but one can always dream

How to make lots of money ?

Problem: need gold for raiding costs? consumables, raid, repairs, twink an alt, or shopping.

Solution: 250g per hour
Goal: Farm 1 hour a day and enjoy the game.

Sorry no hacks, cheats or buying of gold here I don't condone it and it's against TOS. Gold is easy to get in WOW.

I calculated a min of 250g per hour with your choice of farming, questing, speculating to make gold. Its all about how you want to play the game. Addons: Gatherer, enchantrix, auctioneer

FARMING Pofessions: Mining, Herbing, SkinningIn addition to your regular spots I would suggest soloing instances for leather (Black Morass : knothide leather & Netherweb Silk)Fishing & Cooking: look up your AH see what foods sell.

CRAFTING Professions:Enchanting: DE and sell everything you don't need, instance for gear, drops and shards. Stealth classes can hit up old instances for shard farming.

Alchemy: 3540g at the end of the year. (10g + thier mats every 20 hours)

Tailoring: 2125 g in 1 year from using up your specced cooldowns and selling

Mote Farming: earth, water, air, fire, mana, shadow all sell for very well in the AHQuesting: Do your dailies, finish up any 68+ quests

Speculating: The Auction House- Buy low and sell high- Control the Market - buy up all items of a certain thing, resell at higher prices- Just sell and clear your bags from your instance runs

*Scamming -- Do not do this. You can be banned as this violates TOS. Where is the line? If you have to ask is it legal? will i be banned for this? will i get caught then you already know the answer.

Also there's no point in competing with people just do what makes you happy.The in game limit for WOW gold per character is: 214,748 gold, 36 silver, 48 copper

Tip: Limit impulse buys by not buying stuff you don't need and doing your research. Otherwise gold you get from regular stuff and 1 hour of farming a day should be enough for your epic mount in 1-3 months.

Hmm which am I? I am a speculator and what I am doing is helping to balance the WOW economy and keeping the market steady. Ok all the while pocketing a nice sum for myself. My alt's RP Job is " A Business Elf" and walks around in a red festival suit or a lovely black dress.

Are you at End Game?

There are 7 paths to endgame.

1. Alts: 10 level 70s or the person with 10 level 20s and can't seem to level any to 70
2. Gold: beat the in game limit per character of 214,748 gold, 36 silver, 48 copper
3. PVP: dominate in arenas get top 5% for the armored nether drake and enjoy world pvp
4. Questing: complete every in game quest and fill out every blank spot in your map
5. Raiding 1: gear up get epics, clear BT kill Illidan Stormrage and retire
6. Raiding 2: gear up get epics clear kara, za, and more kara (your guild is stuck in the gear up lose people or gear up more alts)
7. RP: you have a happy RP life

My version of Endgame is gold + unique items + raiding.

Where do I rank in the money world of WOW? I'm probably somewhere in the top 20%
along with owning the Rolls Royces of WOW aka special epic mounts:
Fiery Warhorse's Reins and a Reins of the Winterspring Frostsaber.

Woot this is my first piece of fan art more of a compile piece than anything as it is a fusion of my two favorite images from the blizzard's World of Warcraft website.

Which do you see first? The Spirit Healer or the Night Elf? this picture sums up my WOW priestly experience. If i am awake you will live otherwise you will be graveyard running it back or spirit rezzing.
