WOW pays tribute to the Olympic Games with the Spirit of Competition August 8 - August 24. Rewards are:

• [Competitor's Tabard] - Obtained from losing or winning a battleground. You MUST stay for the full duration of the battleground.
• 'Spirit of Competition' Small Pet - Obtained from winning a battleground. Every time you win a battleground, you have a 50% chance this pet is mailed to you. It is summoned by a [Gold Medallion]. There is only one color available at the moment. The battleground you play doesn't matter, but winning does.

Here's a screenshot of the cool pet: doesn't he look like mushu from the disney movie: Mulan? Oh i got this pet oh my first and only BG in ages. So i'm not going to grind it on any other toon.
